Lately I’ve been making these easy and super fluffy pancakes. The original recipe is from…hmm?? (I’ll find it later)
Fluffy Greek Yogurt Pancakes
- 5.3 oz. Greek yogurt
- 2 Eggs
- Β½ cup flour (I use Bob’s Red Mill 1 to 1 gluten free baking flour)
- 2 tsp. Baking powder
- 1ΒΌ tsp. Salt
(I add a little water to make it thinner)
Wisk all ingredients and pour your pancakes.
I’ve been using this yogurt. β¬οΈ
Then I use the other side for topping!
P.S. I make this for the kids and I. Double the batch if you’re big eaters. π
